2. Hosting through Cloudflare Pages
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data including IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating-system information. Processing is required for secure, reliable and fast delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
NERØN54 does not use its own analytics or advertising tracking on this website.
3. Local images, videos and background music
Images, three video clips and the background track Sunset Still are delivered as local files. Playing them does not create an additional connection to a video or music platform.
4. Language and local settings
The chosen language is stored in localStorage under neron54Language. External-media preferences are stored under neron54MediaConsent. These settings remain on the device.
5. YouTube and Spotify
External players are not loaded automatically. A connection is established only after explicit permission. The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Media settings”.
6. External links and Buy Me a Coffee
Data is sent to external platforms only after a link is deliberately opened. Their privacy policies apply on the destination sites.
7. Email contact
Information submitted by email is used to process the message and deleted when the purpose no longer applies and no legal retention duty remains.
8. Rights
Subject to legal requirements, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. A complaint may be lodged with a data-protection authority.

Privacy-friendly website visit counter
The public visit counter uses a first-party functional cookie that contains only a 24-hour visit marker. A browser is counted no more than once per 24 hours. No IP address, name, precise location or cross-site profile is stored in the counter database. The technical request is processed by Cloudflare as the hosting provider.
The live YouTube figures are requested server-side through the official YouTube Data API. The visitor's browser does not connect directly to Google for this statistic.
